Sales Development Representative
Base salary: £35,000 – £45,000
OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Commission: Uncapped

The Opportunity
Our client is a category-defining AI company powering the next generation of voice technology. Their platform sits behind thousands of products used globally, enabling real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech and production-grade voice agents at serious scale.

They are now hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to help fuel continued growth across the EMEA region.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a scripted, volume-only SDR role. You will be selling a technically sophisticated, genuinely world-class product to senior technical decision-makers including CTOs, Heads of Product and Founders.
You’ll be part of a high-performing revenue team, working closely with experienced Account Executives, Partnerships, Sales Engineers and leadership who have built and scaled companies before.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating new sales opportunities and building pipeline with net-new customers
Researching and targeting companies where voice AI can deliver real commercial impact
Engaging technical and commercial leaders with thoughtful, personalised outreach
Developing a deep understanding of the AI voice landscape, customer use cases and competitive positioning
Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and Sales Engineering to drive successful outcomes
