Robertson Bell is partnering with a leading not for profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Analyst to join their team for a 6-month contract. The contract will be three days per week and fully remote.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the creation of insightful, business-wide financial reporting that drives continuous improvement, not just month-end output
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that influences operational and regional decision-making
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and present practical recommendations to senior operational leaders
Spot group-wide trends and best practice, helping regions learn from each other and improve performance collectively
Play a key role in the development and rollout of the Vena reporting system, creating dynamic and interactive reports for stakeholders
Act as a strategic finance partner to the business, using data to influence decisions and drive measurable change
The ideal candidate will have:
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, impactful reports and visualisations
Experience building financial reports and presenting meaningful insight to senior stakeholders
A proven track record of using data to drive continuous improvement and organisational change
The role is fully remote and part time, 3 days per week.
