Remote Property Manager
Location: Fully remote, UK
Ideal location: North East England, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire or Yorkshire
Working pattern: Fully remote, home based
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Remote Property Manager to join a fast growing UK residential lettings business that is actively acquiring and expanding across the country.
This role sits within a business on a strong upward trajectory and offers long term stability, progression, and the chance to be part of a modern, forward thinking approach to property management.
The role
This is a fully remote Property Management position, supporting the wider business by handling overflow portfolios and providing cover across branches, teams, and regions as required. Over time, this role may transition into supporting a dedicated, designated team.
A strong home office setup is essential, as is the ability to work independently, manage workloads remotely, and maintain excellent service levels without daily office presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential property portfolios remotely within the PRS sector
Support branches and teams with overflow Property Management workload
Provide cover across regions during growth, absence, or peak periods
Deliver consistent, high quality customer service to landlords and tenants
Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
Work confidently with property management systems and remote processes
Adapt to changing workloads and business needs as the company grows
About you
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential Property Management
Strong working knowledge of PRS legislation and compliance
Comfortable working fully remotely with a professional home office setup
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Flexible and resilient, with the ability to support different teams as required
Customer focused, with a modern mindset toward property management
