Remote Operations Manager
£65,000–£75,000 + benefits | UK-based | Fully Remote
We’re hiring a Remote Operations Manager to join a fast-growing, international business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help drive efficiency, streamline processes, and make a real difference across the organisation.
This is a remote-first role, with occasional virtual collaboration and optional team meet-ups. You’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK while leading key operational initiatives.
What you’ll do
Manage and improve day-to-day operations across multiple teams and functions
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce friction
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and support growth
Track metrics, analyse performance, and use insights to inform decision-making
Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution
Act as a central point of contact for operational challenges and solutions

Experienced in operations, project management, or team leadership
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Data-driven and comfortable using tools to track performance and improve processes
