What’s on Offer
Hours: 32 per week (4 days, 9 hours/day with 1-hour unpaid break)
Shift Patterns:
Earlies Rota 06:00–15:00 | 07:00–16:00 | 08:00–17:00 | 09:00–18:00 | 10:00–19:00 | 11:00–20:00
or
Lates Rota 12.00- 21.00, 13.00 - 22.00, 14,00 - 23.00, 15.00- 00.00
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Salary: £20,483.84 per annum (£12.31/hour)
Start Date: 12th January 2026
Training: 5 weeks
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK inbound call centre
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Calm, patient, and tactful under pressure
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Problem-solving mindset with initiative
Genuine desire to help the community
