Role: Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: up to £30,000

Location: Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant who is looking for a remote opportunity?

Capio Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a fantastic conveyancing specialist firm who are seeking Conveyancing support staff to join their team on a remote basis.

Our client is a well-established property specialist firm, who have invested heavily in technology and provide a bespoke service. They have market-leading client reviews, and are rapidly expanding, providing amazing opportunities for career development.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant

• Experience of assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Must be able to carry out legal technical work including title checks and raising enquiries.

• Clear communication

• IT skills
