We are recruiting on behalf of a global health & wellness company for two fluent German-speaking Member Services Advisors to join their growing European customer support team. These are remote-based roles supporting members across the DACH region and wider European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
Assist with member queries, order management, and account troubleshooting
Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues on behalf of customers and leaders
Attend occasional training sessions, conventions, or team meetings (some travel required)
Support the Member Services Team with additional tasks as needed
Your Profile:
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Experience in a customer service or call centre role
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable learning new systems and working under pressure
Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
