LastPass is looking for a Product Designer:
In this role, you will help shape secure, intuitive, and delightful experiences for millions of users. You will work across the full design lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - crafting solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
You will be part of a team that is redefining secrets management and SaaS application security, contributing to a product that is trusted by individuals and businesses worldwide.
About the Team:
Join a globally distributed, collaborative UX team focused on delivering secure, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, desktop, and browser extensions. You’ll work with content designers to craft clear, consistent messaging, UX researchers to validate ideas and uncover insights, product designers to align on patterns and share feedback, and the design systems team to ensure consistency across components.
We use Figma and Miro as our core design tools and value autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning - always striving to improve how we work and what we deliver.

Who will you work with?
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - product managers to define and prioritize solutions, engineers to ensure implementation quality, user journey specialists to optimize flows, data scientists to inform design with insights, and product marketing to align design with messaging. You’ll also engage directly with customers through feedback loops, usability testing, and beta programs.

Generating new ideas to expand LastPass’ service offerings
Optimizing the user experience of internal tools used by LastPass employees
Enhancing design processes at LastPass
What does it take to work at LastPass?
Proven experience in product or UX/UI design
Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across platforms
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions
Openness to feedback and iteration
It's great, but not required
Passion for ethical design
Experience with AI design tools such as Figma AI, Figma Make, Loveable, Bolt, or Midjourney
Experience designing enterprise-grade security or identity products for business users
Familiarity with mobile platforms and browser extensions
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating on front-end development
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
