About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients while working from home.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated conveyancer who is comfortable working independently, communicates well with clients, and thrives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Handle files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and completion statements
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction
Meet agreed service levels and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum2+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Legal Executive (CILEx), or experienced non-qualified fee earner
Strong knowledge of the UK residential conveyancing process
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently in a remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable using case management systems and digital workflows
Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment

Experience working remotely
Familiarity with lender panels
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume conveyancing environment
