New Client Account Manager – Recruitment Campaign Services (Part-Time, Freelance)
£15 per hour + 10% commission
16–20 hours per week

We are a small but growing startup delivering Managed Recruitment Campaigns for UK SMEs. We act as a freelance internal recruiter for companies that don’t want to pay traditional agency fees — managing their hiring campaigns using their own advertising channels.
We are now looking for a New Client Account Manager to help us acquire new SME clients and manage them from first contact through to campaign sign-off.
This is a new-client acquisition role, not a high-volume call-centre position. The focus is on targeted outreach, quality conversations, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
The Role
You will be responsible for winning new clients and progressing them through to signed recruitment campaigns. You will:
Research UK industries and identify SMEs likely to be hiring
Build and manage your own prospect lists
Proactively email, call, and message potential clients using a targeted, research-led approach
Pitch our Managed Recruitment Campaign service to business owners and hiring managers
Book and run introductory discovery calls
Close new client campaigns
Maintain simple follow-up processes to encourage repeat business
Provide basic client updates (you are not responsible for candidate sourcing or delivery)
This is a pure new-client role with light relationship management once campaigns are secured.
What You’ll Need
Proven B2B sales experience (UK market preferred)
OR experience selling recruitment or hiring-related services
Comfortable generating your own leads and working without micromanagement
Strong research skills and ability to target the right companies
Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Organised, self-motivated, and reliable
Access to your own laptop, phone, and research/outreach tools
Availability for 16–20 hours per week
This is a standalone role where you will use your own research methods and outreach tools. There is no complex CRM or agency-style infrastructure — the focus is on simple, effective client acquisition with support from the founder when needed.
