We are a well-established financial services company that introduces prospective clients to a range of carefully selected investment opportunities. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, professional Appointment Coordinators to join our remote team on a part-time, self-employed basis.
This role is particularly suited to parents, return-to-work professionals, or individuals seeking a small amount of regular work alongside other commitments.
No previous sales or financial services experience is required. Full training, clear scripts, and ongoing support are provided.
The Role
As an Appointment Coordinator, your role is to:
Contact prospective clients using pre-qualified leads
Follow a clear, structured script to introduce our services
Identify interest and book remote appointments for our senior team
Maintain a calm, professional, and courteous manner on every call
This is not a hard-sell role. Success comes from being approachable, organised, and able to communicate clearly and confidently.
About You
This role will suit someone who:
Is comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
Has a professional, friendly manner and good listening skills
Is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently from home
Values structure, consistency, and clear expectations
Is looking for part-time work during school hours, rather than full-time employment
You do not need previous sales experience. However, a willingness to learn, follow guidance, and engage with training is essential.
Hours & Working Arrangement
Self-employed, remote position (you manage your own tax and NI)
Part-time hours: 10:00am - 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday
Work is fully remote using your own equipment
Equipment required:
Computer or iPad with camera
Phone suitable for outbound calls
Reliable internet connection
Pay & Benefits
£12.50 - £15.00 per hour basic
