Customer Support Representative – Fully Remote / Flexible
Salary: £30-35,000 + benefits | Location: London (Remote)
About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys problem-solving, working with different teams, and making a real impact on customer experience. No prior technical experience is required – just a willingness to learn and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear, accurate guidance and escalate complex issues when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve processes
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Contribute ideas to enhance customer support processes
About You
Previous experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles is desirable but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using basic software and learning new tools
