We are looking for a full-time Private Personal Assistant (PA) to support Samuel directly with daily scheduling, admin, travel, and personal organisation. This is a high-trust role with clear tasks, templates, and systems. No prior experience is required—we care more about reliability, speed, and attention to detail than your CV, and you’ll be trained step-by-step. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage calendar scheduling, reminders, and daily priorities • Book travel, hotels, restaurants, and transport (checklists provided) • Organise inbox: flag urgent messages, draft simple replies, and file threads • Track tasks and follow-ups in a simple system (Notion/Google Sheets) • Coordinate with team members, venues, and vendors for events and content days • Keep personal admin tidy (confirmations, subscriptions, receipts, bookings) • Handle “small problems” quickly so the day runs smoothly • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times WHAT YOU BRING • No experience required — full training provided • Highly organised with strong attention to detail (you double-check times/links) • Comfortable using basic tools: Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs/Sheets • Fast learner who enjoys structure, checklists, and clear instructions • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise quickly • Professional communication and a positive attitude WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS • Quick intro call (15 minutes) • Short trial task (simple scheduling + inbox scenario) • Interview with hiring manager • Final chat / offer A FEW REASONS TO WORK WITH US • You’ll learn how a high-level entrepreneur runs their life and business • Clear workflows and priorities (no confusion about what “good” looks like) • Remote-friendly with supportive team communication • Strong growth path into operations / executive assistant work over time
